Orders placed through the app are subject to restaurant acceptance, item availability, delivery availability, and successful payment confirmation.
2. Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card details, UPI PINs, CVV, or banking passwords.
3. Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on rider availability, traffic conditions, weather, order volume, and restaurant preparation time.
4. Cancellations
Users may cancel orders only before the restaurant accepts the order. Once accepted or preparation has started, cancellation may not be available.
5. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact number
- Be available to receive the order
- Use valid payment information
7. Restaurant Rights
Mana Green Bucket Biryani may reject or cancel orders due to:
- Item unavailability
- Technical issues
- Incorrect pricing
- Service limitations
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
8. App Usage
Users must not misuse the app, interfere with app functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or place fraudulent orders.
